Eine Straßenszene. Bei der Auswahl meiner Motive lasse ich mich natürlich sehr von der Intuition leiten. Irgendwie muss etwas da sein, was geheimnisvoll, seltsam ist. Mir fällt der Satz von Joseph Beuys ein: "Die Mysterien finden am Hauptbahnhof statt, nicht im Goetheanum". Das Ungewöhnliche im Gewöhnlichen ist was mich fasziniert.

A streetscene. I'm looking for the mysterious, unusual in the things I'm going to paint. Something must be there and I can't say exactly what it is. I'm following my intuition.There is a phrase from Joseph Beuys: The mysteries are happening at the train station not in the Goetheanum. I'm really fascinated by the uncommon in the common.
